Wilmington Savings Bank COVID-19 Hardship Relief Program

At Wilmington Savings Bank, we want you to know that these are challenging times. Each day, we all seem to face new, unexpected challenges that are outside of our control. As your community bank, we are committed to standing by you through these trying times. We will continue looking out for you and working with you through any hardships you may face. We've developed a program that we have designed specifically for those customers who are most affected by COVID-19. 

Loan Payment Deferral for Consumers & Businesses* 

If you or your business are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 and you contact Wilmington Savings Bank, we can offer to defer loan payments up to 90 days without credit bureau impact. In addition, late fees will be waived during the deferral period.

Wilmington Savings Bank will be setting further limitations of its Hillsboro Branch. We will only be accepting customers in our lobby who have an appointment. The 

appointments can be scheduled by calling (937)366-1421 and will take place between 10:00am and 2:00pm. If you arrive and do not have an appointment but need in-

person banking, please call the number. We will continue giving the best customer service we can even with the circumstances. As always, our Night Deposit Drop is 

available 24/7, as well as our online and mobile banking. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us and a customer service specialist will assist you.

A message to our customers:

Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing events related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our team continues to respond and adapt as new information becomes available.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, which is why starting on March 19th, 2020, we will take further steps to help prevent exposure in our offices.

Our Wilmington location will be allowing customers in the lobby by appointment only. The drive-thru can handle virtually all your banking transactions and will be open normal business hours. If you cannot complete your banking needs at the drive-thru and need to schedule an appointment, please call (937)382-1659. You will have 24/7 access to our onsite ATM and Night Deposit Drop at our Wilmington Branch.

Our Hillsboro location’s lobby hours will be changing to help lessen the exposure for our employees at that branch. If you need to do an in-person visit, the lobby doors will be open from 10:00am to 2:00pm Monday – Friday. We ask that you be preventative by social distancing and leaving at least 6 ft. between yourself and other persons. You will have 24/7 access to our onsite Night Deposit Drop at our Hillsboro Branch.

As always, you have 24/7 access to our mobile and online services. If you have never registered and need help, please call and one of our customer service specialists can assist you. You can also visit our education center, https://www.wilmingtonsavings.com/product-education-center, and view tutorial videos that can walk you through how to bank online or with your mobile device.

You also have 24/7 access to Allpoint ATMs which are conveniently located in several businesses such as UDF, Kroger, Speedway, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy. To find a complete list of Allpoint ATM locations, visit www.allpointnetwork.com.
