Robert is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and AICPA. He has served on various boards in Clinton County, such as the Board of Trustees of Clinton Memorial Hospital.

Donald E. Bouffard, Jr., CPA has been a Director since 2011. Don graduated from the University Of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. After working in the Athletic Department at Notre Dame for 9 years, he spent 34 years with Crowe Horwath, CPAs. While at Crowe, Don served as an audit partner and consultant to banks ranging in size from $75 million to $5 billion in assets in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Florida. He retired from Crowe in 2009. Don serves on the Board of Amalgamated Bank in New York City. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio CPA Society.

Ralph E. “Gene” Coffman Jr. currently serves as President and CEO of Wilmington Savings Bank. Gene is a graduate of Franklin University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and is also a graduate of Ohio School of Banking, Ohio Commercial Lending School and the National Institute of Consumer Credit from Marquette University. He brings over 35 years of banking experience and has previously served as President & CEO of numerous national and state chartered banks with asset sizes ranging from $100 million to $1.4 billion in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee; including state-wide management of a $2.5 billion banking operation for a multi-state regional bank holding company.

W. Glenn MacDonald has been a Director since 2000. Glenn has been an Optometrist in Wilmington since 1980 and still continues to practice. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Ohio State College of Optometry in 1978. MacDonald is a past member of the Wilmington YMCA board and of the Optometric Advisory Committee to the Cincinnati Eye Institute. Glenn currently is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Scott is a graduate from Grove City College in Pennsylvania where he received his undergraduate degree and then attended Graduate School of Banking University of Wisconsin and Graduate School of Banking University of Colorado. He is a retired Banking Executive and former Superintendent of Banking for the Ohio Department of Commerce, as well as former Deputy Tax Commissioner for the State of Ohio. Scott has a broad range of experience that includes service at both state and federal levels of government. This includes leadership positions in both small-regional banks and super-regional bank holding companies, as well as two terms on the Ohio Banking Board. He is currently a member of the Ohio Supreme Court Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Laws, where he has served the past 2 terms.

He has previously served as President/CEO of Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan and as deputy superintendent of Banks for the Ohio Department of Commerce. Michael is also a member of Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan Board of Directors.

He is retired after spending 33 years in the financial services industry with AXA Advisors/Equitable as a financial consultant. Phil is a lifelong resident of Sabina, Ohio, where he is a past director of the Sabina Bank; finance chairperson of Sabina United Methodist Church; and past president of Sabina 2000,a non-profit organization. In addition, he has served as board president of the Clinton-Fayette-Highland Educational Service District, and as a board member of the Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce and of the Clinton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
