Maintenance of Accurate Information
Wilmington Savings Bank values our customer relationship with you and we continually strive to maintain a high level of accuracy regarding the information about you and your account relationships. If you believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us and we will investigate your claim and provide you with a timely response.
Disclosure of Account Information
Wilmington Savings Bank will not reveal your nonpublic information about your accounts or any other personally identifiable data to parties outside the bank for their use except, (1) as permitted by law; (2) the customer authorizes the release of the information in advance; (3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or similar information reporting agency; (4) the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by the customer.

Wilmington Savings Bank will not disclose nonpublic information to any third party except as provided by law. We also require vendors and suppliers to maintain similar standards of conduct regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them.
